Clinologics LLC ("Clinogistic," "we," "us," or "our") operates a clinical operations software platform for wellness and optimization clinics. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our platform and website (clinogistic.com).

2. Mobile Information Privacy

No third-party sharing of mobile information. Mobile information — including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent — will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers and SMS consent collected for clinic-to-patient messaging are used solely to deliver the messages the patient has consented to receive. They are not sold, rented, leased, or otherwise shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

This commitment applies to Clinologics LLC, the clinics that use our platform, and all categories of recipients of user data.

3. Patient Health Information (PHI)

Clinogistic is a Business Associate under HIPAA. Patient health information entered into the platform by clinic staff is controlled by the clinic (the Covered Entity). We process PHI only as directed by and on behalf of the clinic. We do not sell, share, or use PHI for marketing purposes.

Before processing real patient data, clinics must execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Clinogistic. Contact hello@clinogistic.com to obtain a BAA.

4. SMS Communications

Clinogistic sends SMS messages on behalf of licensed clinics to their patients for the following purposes only:

Patient phone numbers are collected by clinic staff at the time of patient registration, with the patient's express written or verbal consent. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving clinical services. Patients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Patients may request help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by clinic activity, typically one to five messages per month per patient.

5. How We Use Information

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use patient data for advertising purposes. We do not share mobile information for marketing purposes.

6. Data Storage and Security

Platform data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS US-East-1. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, row-level security policies, and audit logging. We are working toward full HIPAA Security Rule compliance prior to production launch with real patient data.

7. Third-Party Services

Clinogistic integrates with the following third-party service providers, all of which are bound by their own privacy obligations and, where applicable, Business Associate Agreements:

These providers process data only as needed to deliver the services described in this policy. None of them receive mobile information or SMS consent data for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Your Rights

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active platform users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
